Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner-Engineering q3xtbld200-q8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Barbieri products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barber-colman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Behr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Barbieri such as the SPECTROPAD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP7160002 manufactured by Barber-colman and we are pleased to be able to service most Barber-colman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W1 by Manufacturer Behr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baumer Brand HXG20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Barksdale such as DPD1TM3SS equipment made by Barksdale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Barksdale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Barksdale" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C770214200040 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular MP485001 original spares produced by Barber-Colman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80HP10001002000 by Barber-Colman and DPD1TM3SS spares by Barksdale are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HX1P1001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bansbach.
